Users Age

Once received, a representative will review the request and respond to you within 30 calendar days.

Generally, we will provide a response to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt (or other time period as required by applicable law). If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days, or other time period as set forth in applicable law), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only include information that exists within our current records. The response we provide will also explain the reason(s) we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
